As with any tool, drones can unexpectedly become damaged — and we all know this can occur in the middle of an important project or just before a deadline. Our Premium Enterprise Shield Cover Plans are here to help by providing a fast turnaround on a replacement UAV.

Included with your purchase, the Basic Enterprise Shield Cover allows for up to two replacement UAVs/Payloads in 12 months, regardless of the extent or cause of damage. Ferntech will provide a replacement item approximately three weeks after we receive the damaged craft (replacement excess varies per product). Enterprise Shield cover is provided for 12 months for free upon purchase*

If three weeks seems like a long wait, then consider upgrading to the Premium Enterprise Shield Cover. This plan extends the warranty and coverage on your DJI Enterprise product to 24 months and includes three replacements with an expedited turnaround. Upon receiving your damaged craft, Ferntech will aim for a 48 hour turnaround on your replacement — so you can get back to business quickly**

ENTERPRISE SHIELD COVER FOR DJI MATRICE 300 PAYLOADS

There’s nothing worse than having a drone ready to fly, but the essential payload is not working. Our Premium Enterprise Shield Payload Cover Plans cover replacement DJI Payloads to ensure your team never finds themselves in that position.

Included with your purchase, the Regular Enterprise Shield Payload Cover allows for up to two replacements of DJI Payloads (L1, P1, H20 and H20T) in 12 months, regardless of the extent or cause of damage. Ferntech will provide a replacement DJI Payload approximately three weeks after we receive the damaged payload. Enterprise Shield cover is provided for 12 months for free upon purchase.
